1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from David Rees AM and Helen Mary Jones AM.
2.1 The Committee received evidence from Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board
2.2 Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board agreed to provide supplementary evidence regarding:
Ø the percentage of young people who are being assessed for specialist CAMHS treatment within the required referral timescales;
Ø timescales for waiting times for neurodevelopmental assessments;
Ø clarity regarding the restriction in place on the unit admitting young people who are sucuidal/self-harming.in the CAMHS Unit in Abergele and what steps the Health Board are undertaking to address the problems regarding recruitment in the unit.
3.1 The Committee received evidence from Healthcare Inspectorate Wales, Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons and Care Inspectorate Wales.
4.1 The Committee agreed to the Motion to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting.
5.1 The Committee agreed the timetable for the Bill.
